Our facility is a one-stop-shop for high-end photography, professional music and audio production, podcasting, and executive corporate events. We are also dedicated to empowering the next generation of creators through our themed talent search contests and specialized training programs.
The Role
We are scouting for a highly presentable, organized, enthusiastic, and client-focused Studio Manager to serve as the operational anchor of our creative space. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of daily operations, the management of our diverse creative talent, and, most importantly, ensuring that every client walks away with a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inquiry and booking to post-production delivery. You are the face of Mint Glint Studio’s commitment to excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily studio schedules and reservations, ensuring all production sessions (Photography, Podcast, Audio) are properly coordinated and executed.
- Workflow Optimization: Creating and implementing Weekly & monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery and client feedback loops.
- Talent Management: Lead and coordinate our team of photographers, sound engineers, videographers, and editors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.
- Proofing and reviewing: Quality Assurance Custodian keenly reviewing all work produced to ensure they meet the brands standards and that they align with the clients needs
- Event Space & Boardroom Coordination: Manage the logistics for executive boardroom and on-site events space bookings, ensuring all technical and hosting needs are met.
- Training Program Support: Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for our content creation Masterclass Sessions.
- Budgeting & Bookkeeping: Utilise the studio ERP systems for management, budgeting, invoicing, banking and reports generation.
- Equipment and Facilities: Keeping and monitoring an inventory of all studio equipment and facilities to ensure their safe custody, are properly handled and the equipment is well maintained for peak performance.
- Sales & Marketing: coordinating the digital marketing team to ensure proper implementation of the studio’s sales and marketing strategy and prompt & proper engagement through all channels.
Must Have Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative space, agency, production house, hospitality environment or related service industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage “creatives” and balance diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be Presentable: Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch the Mint Glint Studio brand in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with studio equipment and management software (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM tool like Sprout Studio, Creative Tools like Canva and Adobe Suite).
- Customer Service Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-profile executive clients with poise.
- Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who can handle the unpredictable nature of creative production.
