Key Responsibilities

As a Photo Editor at Mint Glint Studio, you’ll play an instrumental role in delivering high-quality visuals that define our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Photo Editing & Enhancement:Using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One to edit and process images.
• Photo Retouching:Applying advanced retouching techniques, including skin smoothing, blemish removal, and background enhancement.
• Creative Collaboration:Working closely with our photographers, designers, and creatives to ensure every image aligns with our vision.
• Maintaining Consistency:Upholding a unified visual style across all projects.
• Quality Assurance:Reviewing images to guarantee they meet professional standards before release.
• File Management:Organizing edited images for easy retrieval.
• Feedback Integration:Revising work based on feedback from clients or the team.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone with:

1. Proven experience in professional photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or similar).
2. Advanced skills in retouching, color grading, and composition.
3. Creativity and a strong aesthetic sense.
4. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining top quality.
5. Attention to detail and excellent time management.
6. Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
7. Bonus: Basic photography skills.
